We help
GP Practices

Our membership organisation is here to help GP practices deliver
the best health outcomes for their patients.

How do we help?

We provide centralised primary care support that GP practices can trust.

We make primary care service delivery easier. We’re a bridge between GP practices and the regional Integrated Care Board (ICB). We save time for our members by interrogating all new healthcare requirements from NHS England (NHSE) and the ICB to provide clarity and timely updates. In understanding what needs to be implemented, we can facilitate planning and support the delivery of these plans. We also ensure member voices are represented at key forums within the Integrated Care System (ICS), Local Delivery Group (LDG) and regional NHSE teams.
We understand the day-to-day pressures. Our leadership team is made up of member representative GPs and Managers; so we understand the daily pressures of running a practice and caring for diverse patient needs. As a GP Provider Organisation (GPPO), our services are shaped by our members, meaning we prioritise services that matter most.
We’re action-orientated. Whenever a challenge arises, such as the latest Covid-19 pandemic, we’re in the thick of it, acting swiftly to create dynamic turnaround times with our members to support the local community. For example, setting up ‘hot hubs’ to establish the vaccination programme roll out and enable partnership working across healthcare providers. We’re hands-on in our approach to help member practices respond to NHS mandates for service delivery, as needed.
