Alison joined the NHS in 2005 as part of the National Programme for IT in West Norfolk, working within both Primary and Secondary Care, moving on to become part of Norfolk PCT Choose & Book team, and was intricately involved in the set up and ongoing support of Choose and Book across Norfolk.
Alison joined West Norfolk Health in 2011 as Operations Manager for, initially, the Referral Management Centre, which has since become the Referral Support Service. As the lead for RSS, Alison works closely with local Practices, community providers and the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Kings Lynn, which positions her well to support much of the development work within the organisation, also taking the lead on the new & innovative dermatology pathway.
